Keynote Facilitator
Kathy Germann Listening for a Change: Closing the "Walk-Talk" Gap Kathy Germann Consulting, LLC Kathy Germann (she/her/hers) brings four decades of experience teaching, consulting, facilitating and coaching with 350+ client groups across the country. She’s taught over 15,000 learners in the fields of education, healthcare, human services, non-profits and the public and private sectors. Her specialties include diversity/equity/inclusion, communication skills, conflict transformation, facilitation, team development, and training design. Kathy completed her graduate studies at Ohio State University. Prior to starting her own business in 1993, she taught on three college campuses and was an Executive Director in the non-profit sector. She served as an ad hoc instructor for UW Madison Division of Continuing Studies for 30 years. Kathy is known for her sense of humor, ability to engage learners, and her practical approach to teaching. |
Wednesday Menu
Breakfast 8-9am:
- Assorted chilled juices, fresh brewed coffee and hot tea
- Fluffy scrambled eggs, crème brulee French toast, breakfast potatoes, bacon and country smoked sausage links
- Assortment of muffins and pastries
- Seasonal fresh cut fruit
Lunch 12-1pm:

- Mixed greens
- Assorted toppings include tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded Wisconsin cheddar cheese and croutons
- Assorted dressings include ranch, French and fat-free Italian
- Herb dill rotini pasta salad
- Baby red skinned potato salad
2. Cold Sandwich Buffet:
- Shaved ham, turkey and roast beef
- Assorted Wisconsin cheeses, sliced onion, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise and mustard
- Assorted fresh bread, pickles, potato chips
Snack Break 2:30pm
- Low calorie snack packs, granola bars, whole fresh fruit, fresh vegetables with dill dip
- Assorted soda, coffee, and hot tea
